In short: we collect the details needed to quote, produce and deliver an order, we never sell customer data, and you can ask us to correct or delete what we hold about you at any time.
1. About this policy
Fitpink India Private Limited (“Fitpink”, “we”, “us”) is a company incorporated in India with its registered office at Rohini Sector 3, New Delhi, North West Delhi 110085, Delhi. We are engaged in manufacturing, designing, tailoring, trading, importing and exporting garments, hosiery, fashion wear, sportswear, ethnic and western wear, and in e-commerce of apparel products.
This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit this website, send an enquiry, place a wholesale or production order, or buy from an online channel we operate.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Contact and business details - name, business name, email, phone number, designation and GST registration details.
- Enquiry content - the categories, quantities, delivery timelines and specifications you describe to us.
- Order and delivery data - billing address, shipping address, purchase orders, tech packs, size charts and dispatch instructions.
- Design material - sketches, artwork, specifications and brand assets shared for production.
- Correspondence - emails, messages and call notes relating to your enquiry or order.
2.2 Collected automatically
- IP address, browser and device type, operating system and referring page.
- Pages viewed, time of visit and general interaction data in aggregate form.
- Server logs kept for security and troubleshooting.
2.3 What not to send us
Please do not send card numbers, banking passwords, one-time passwords or identity document scans through the enquiry form. Where such information is genuinely required for a transaction, we will direct you to a secure channel.
3. How we use information
- To respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and confirm order specifications.
- To produce, pack, dispatch and deliver goods, including through logistics partners.
- To raise invoices, process payments, and maintain accounting and tax records.
- To handle quality claims, returns, replacements and after-sales queries.
- To meet export, import and customs documentation requirements where applicable.
- To protect against fraud, misuse of our channels and security incidents.
- To send catalogue or collection updates where you have opted in, with unsubscribe available in every message.
Designs and specifications you share for production are treated as confidential and are used only to fulfil your order. We do not reuse a client's design for another buyer.
4. Legal bases
We rely on: performance of a contract (processing your order); legal obligation (tax, customs, statutory records); consent (marketing communications and optional cookies); and legitimate interests (business administration, fraud prevention and securing our systems), balanced against your rights.
5. Orders, payments and shipping
We do not store complete payment card details on our systems. Payments are processed by banks or payment providers under their own terms and security standards, and we receive only confirmation of the transaction and limited reference data.
Delivery addresses and contact numbers are shared with courier and freight partners strictly to complete delivery. For export consignments, information required by customs and regulatory authorities is provided as legally mandated.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
This website is designed to work without advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Any storage in use is strictly functional. If analytics or marketing technologies are introduced in future, a consent notice will be presented before non-essential cookies are set. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time and the site will remain usable.
7. Sharing with others
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only:
- With logistics, courier and freight forwarding partners to deliver goods.
- With fabric suppliers, job workers and processors, limited to what is required to complete production.
- With banks, payment providers, insurers and accounting or audit professionals.
- With customs, tax and regulatory authorities where required by law.
- With an acquirer in the event of a merger or restructuring, on equivalent protections.
Third parties handling data on our behalf are bound by contract to use it only for the purpose we specify.
8. Retention
- Enquiries that do not convert - up to 24 months from last contact.
- Order and buyer records - for the statutory period applicable to commercial, tax and export documentation.
- Design files and tech packs - for the duration of the relationship and a reasonable period afterwards for reorders, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
- Website and security logs - generally 90 days.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards: encrypted transmission on our website, access limited to employees who need it, confidentiality obligations on staff and job workers, physical controls over sample rooms and design files, and periodic review of who holds access to what.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach occurs that is likely to cause harm, we will notify affected persons and the competent authority as required under applicable law.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to provide a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, delete data we no longer need, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. Write to contact@fitpink.store. We respond within 30 days and may verify your identity first.
11. Marketing choices
We send collection updates and catalogue announcements only to people who have asked for them or who have an existing business relationship with us. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect order-related communications, which we must send to fulfil a contract.
12. Children
Our website and services are directed at businesses and adult customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Where we manufacture kidswear, the customer relationship is with the adult buyer, not the child.
13. Transfers outside India
Our records are held primarily in India. Where an export order requires sharing information with overseas buyers, agents or authorities, we do so only as necessary for that transaction and in compliance with applicable law. Some service providers may process data outside India under contractual safeguards.
14. Updates and grievance redressal
We may revise this policy as our operations or the law change. The effective date above shows the current version, and material changes will be highlighted here.
